All items are made to order, handmade and bespoke so lead times apply. Current lead times are around 3 weeks from order date. This may vary during busy times. For enquiries please email. If you require express shipping, please get in touch.
UK
Orders under £20 are sent via UK Royal Mail First Class post – you can expect your item within 1-2 days of dispatch.
Orders over £20 are sent via UK Royal Mail First Class Signed for post, and will require a signature.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide.
Orders under £20 are sent via Royal Mail International Standard post – you can expect your item within 7 days of dispatch.
Orders over £20 are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed post, and will require a signature.
Returns
Hopefully you love your All Scrubbed Up purchase, we get sad if we hear you need to return an item, but we do understand.
For a refund or exchange, please email allscrubbedupscrubhats@gmail.com within 10 days of purchase. All returned items must be unworn and returned in original condition. If items are not returned in their original condition, we will be unable to offer a refund. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed. Customised, bespoke pet face/logo/collage designs are non refundable unless faulty.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit.
Re-delivery charges for exchanges will apply.
